Long Term Client Relationships: Supporting Our Clients Beyond the Numbers

At Carston ETL, we believe that great accountancy is about more than compliance, reporting, and technical delivery. It is about building long term relationships, understanding our clients, and supporting them through every stage of their journey, both professionally and personally.

That philosophy is at the heart of our culture.

More Than an Accountancy Firm

We are proud to work with a wide range of clients across business, sport, and professional services, providing trusted advice that goes far beyond the numbers.

A strong example of this is the long standing relationship we have built with Welsh rugby legend Leigh Halfpenny.

Recently, as announced on his LinkedIn profile and widely shared across the rugby community, Leigh confirmed his retirement from professional rugby after an exceptional career representing Wales and the British & Irish Lions.

Supporting Clients Through Every Chapter

Everyone at Carston ETL would like to extend a sincere thank you and congratulations to Leigh on an outstanding career.

A true icon of the game, he has been renowned for his bravery in the tackle, confidence under the high ball, and world class goal kicking ability. His consistency and professionalism have made him one of the most respected players of his generation.

We are incredibly proud to have supported Leigh during his career and to have played a small part in his wider professional journey.

As he steps into the next chapter, we wish him all the very best for a well earned and successful retirement.

Relationships That Define Our Firm

At Carston ETL, relationships like this reflect how we work with all of our clients.

Whether we are supporting individuals, owner managed businesses, or larger organisations, our approach is built on trust, accessibility, and long term partnership. We take the time to understand our clients’ goals so we can provide advice that genuinely adds value, not just at year end, but throughout their journey.

This is what makes our work meaningful, and it is a key reason many of our client relationships last for years, even decades.

A Culture of Genuine Support

Our culture is built on being there when it matters. That applies just as much to our clients as it does to our colleagues.

From business milestones and growth phases through to transitions, retirements, and new ventures, we are proud to support people through the full cycle of their professional lives.

Built on Trust, Focused on People

Carston ETL continues to grow because we stay focused on what matters most: people, relationships, and long term support.

Whether in sport, business, or any other sector, our role remains the same, to provide clear, trusted advice and to build partnerships that stand the test of time.

We would like to once again thank Leigh Halfpenny for his trust in us over the years and wish him every success in the future.
